On-board CPU, RAM & ASCII char. generator IC, C-MOS/TTL signal levels, 11 instructions, +5 VDC for logic, -5 VDC for contrast adj. 14 Pin header connector for I/O/ power. .LED backlight requires external 2-3ohm Resistor for 5VDC operation.
